20,000 SF Retail Center – Antlers Crossing, Laredo, Texas (Coming 2026)

Principal Architect
This new 20,000-square-foot retail development features 17 individual tenant suites ranging from 825–1,300 square feet, along with a 2,800-square-foot restaurant space equipped with a full drive-thru lane.
Designed with a contemporary material palette of EIFS, Alucobond metal panels, and warm fiber cement board rain screen accents, the center creates a refined and welcoming streetscape for future tenants and visitors. The layout supports strong visibility, efficient traffic flow, and ample parking throughout the site.
Located in the growing Antlers Crossing area of north Laredo, this project is planned for construction in 2026 and will introduce a fresh, modern commercial hub to one of the city’s most active corridors.
